Eric Dudley, President & Founder

Eric Dudley founded WebsiteBiz in 1997 and has led the company’s evolution to become one of the top online marketing agencies. WebsiteBiz is ranked 52nd fastest growing private Advertising and Marketing company and the 688th fastest growing private company nationally by Inc. magazine for a 2nd consecutive year. Additionally, WebsiteBiz is the only exclusive online marketing agency ranked as one of the Top 25 Advertising and Marketing Agencies by the Charlotte Business Journal. WebsiteBiz’ core competencies include developing results-driven Internet strategies, search engine optimization, paid search marketing, online media buying, permission-based email marketing, social media marketing, Web effectiveness, and Web analytics.

Eric was named to the prestigious 2007 Charlotte Business Journal 40 Under 40 list of young leaders of accomplishment in recognition of his business achievements and commitment to the community. He currently serves as Chairman of the Charlotte Chamber Center City Board of Directors, First Vice Chair of the Charlotte Internet Marketing Association and Communication Chair for the Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO), a global community of business owners with companies exceeding $1 Million in revenue. Dudley is also a member of the Business Advisory Committee for the City of Charlotte's Economic Development program.

His insights on online marketing strategies, search engine marketing, online media buying, permission-based e-mail marketing, website effectiveness, and web analytics, have appeared in several publications including Bank Systems & Technology, Charlotte Business Journal and The Charlotte Observer.

Kyle Bumgardner, Director of Business Development

Kyle Bumgardner joined the WebsiteBiz team in April 2002 and is responsible for developing and managing direct sales and partnership channels. He has a proven ability to lead and manage complex sales cycles and foster long-term relationships. Kyle's experience includes years of selling technology solutions to senior level executives across various industry verticals.

After receiving a B. A. in Economics from Furman University in Greenville, SC, he started his career as an inside sales and marketing representative for the internet consulting firm iXL, Inc. Kyle then quickly moved up the ranks at Osprey Systems in Charlotte, NC, where he built a solid reputation for developing new business and managing strategic accounts in the Software industry. His customers included established manufacturing firms as well as venture-backed technology companies throughout the Southeast.

Tom Dressler, Internet Marketing Director

As Internet Marketing Director for WebsiteBiz, Tom Dressler brings both breadth and depth to our account services department. His extensive design experience brings aesthetic and tactical strength to the WebsiteBiz team of experts and drives our creative concepts into functional, professional and targeted solutions.

As Lead Artist at Westinghouse/CBS, Tom handled production while managing the creative output of the entire Source W Division. In 1996 he launched into cyberspace by leveraging his considerable print skills in the Web environment. He quickly mastered a full range of audio and visual tools in addition to Flash, Dreamweaver, SQL, ASP, Fireworks, DHTLM, HTML, and Microsoft's commerce suite. Under his creative direction, Sightsound.com became the first online video rental portal, the first secure album download site, and the first secure music download MicroShow experience. At Sonoco Paper and Packaging, Tom was the Internet Architect. He designed their Internet and intranet, as well as a worldwide content management solution.

Michele Dudley, Controller

Michele's astute and stringent financial focus has helped the company grow and prosper since 1997.

Armed with a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Southern California and her CPA, Michele worked for KPMG for three years in both the Los Angeles and Charlotte offices. She moved on to Bank of America and worked for five years as Vice President in the Finance Department and the Global Corporate Investment Bank, managing Market Information and Corporate Real Estate/Space Issues.
