Google Universal Search Includes Posts & Comments
Online marketers now have the opportunity to gain additional real estate on the search engine results page (SERP). The catch?
Join the conversation and embrace and encourage user comments on your blog.
While these posts can be positive and influence the visitor to consider and/or buy, they may also be detrimental and require a prompt response and monitoring. We encourage our clients to join the conversation (or comments in this case) and respond directly to concerns expressed from visitors.
Who knows... your comments to this post may also show up on your next Google search, so go ahead and comment now. Is adding posts to Google SERPs good or bad for marketers and searchers?

Comments
Very cool….if you are searching for blogs to engage others in your industry, knowing which have comments (and thus usually traffic) saves a ton of time.
Any news/thoughts on a dofollow/nofollow plug-in to further narrow ones search to blogs that are dofollow?
Thanks.
