Job Description: Inside Sales Manager

Summary:
WebsiteBiz, the Southeast’s leading Interactive Marketing Agency, is actively seeking a highly motivated sales person who wants to join a dynamic growing company.  A position is currently available for a results-oriented individual who will focus directly on the tremendous opportunities in the Internet marketing space.  The Inside Sales Manager will be a key player and contribute to the overall success of business development at WebsiteBiz.

We are looking for an aggressive, motivated, professional sales person with strong communication skills, proven track record and be able to interact with Director’s of Marketing and Sales in addition to “C” level executives.

Job Description:
The successful candidate will work closely with the Director of Business Development and be responsible for creating awareness, making outbound calls, and establishing rapport to marketing executives within Fortune 1000 and middle market companies nationwide.​  You will be responsible for identifying appropriate contacts, assessing needs and creating interest in WebsiteBiz services. Upward mobility and career advancement is available and will be rewarded for achievement of team and individual goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Identifying needs and business objectives
  • Developing and qualifying leads
  • Phone prospecting
  • Setting up appointments
  • Internal marketing support and research
  • Preparing sales presentation and proposals

Job Requirements and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years sales experience
  • Marketing Agency experience a plus
  • Ability to work both independently and as a team player
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment with quotas and goals
  • Advanced computer skills – Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, CRM
  • Solution Selling experience a plus
