As the EVP, Dave leads strategic direction for WebsiteBiz and is responsible for the sales and operating performance of the agency. Dave has over 15 years of sales management and operations experience with high growth public and private companies where he primarily focused on building regional sales teams for digital advertising start-up ventures. His passion for the online space began when he led the rollout of AutoTrader.com for Central Virginia in 1995 and continued when he joined Silicon Valley based Knight Ridder Digital to build regional sales strategies and teams for CareerBuilder, Cars.com, several local news websites and a national online display network.
Prior to joining WebsiteBiz, Dave was employed by ResponseLogix, a Sunnyvale, CA, based start-up that provides web-based software (SaaS) that improves customer engagement and increases internet lead conversion rates for auto dealers. During his tenure with ResponseLogix, Dave was instrumental in the development of the initial go-to market strategy and achieving phenomenal growth in the company’s first four years in business.
Dave serves on the Charlotte Interactive Marketing Association’s board of directors and was the organizations inaugural President and co-founder. His passion for online marketing keeps him well connected to digital media companies and associations in several parts of the country.
