Account Manager

WebsiteBiz has an immediate opening for a full-time Account Manager with Digital Marketing Practice Area experience. We are seeking talented and experienced people to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidates will be passionate about digital marketing and have excellent interpersonal and account management skills.

The Account Manager position supports the account team in development and execution of digital marketing programs from concept through completion for multiple clients while ensuring our efforts are on strategy and meeting client's objectives. The Account Manager should have experience in digital marketing including display media, SEM, SEO, email, social media and web development projects. A background in media planning a plus.

Responsibilities:

Assist in strategic development for marketing campaigns
Conference reports and meeting recaps
Level of effort assessment and prioritization of projects
Creative briefs and reviews
Ownership of client communication on marketing projects or programs
Internal team support and communication
Working with agency Project Managers as well as discipline leads (creative, technology, media)
Clearly communicates to team when assigned tasks will be complete
Organizes client materials for all client meetings
Understands and effectively communicates both client and internal goals of programs
Prioritizes tasks as deemed important by the team
Proactively responds to team members (phone, email, IM)

Requirements:

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to develop strong relationships with clients and internal teams
Experience working with creative production and digital media
Experience with multi-channel marketing projects
3-5 years' marketing experience
Excellent attention to detail and follow-up
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Passion for marketing
Excellent Client Service skills
BA in marketing, advertising or related field
