Trinity Partners, LLC Helps Online Marketing Agency WebsiteBiz Expand into Dilworth Office Building
CHARLOTTE –Online marketing agency WebsiteBiz (www.websitebiz.com)will soon move to a larger office as a result of purchasing property at 1713 Cleveland Avenue in the Dilworth neighborhood of Charlotte. The two-story, 5,000 square foot office building will accommodate the company's current need for more space as well as its future growth. WebsiteBiz will occupy a portion of the building and lease out the remainder.
Tiffany Slayden of Trinity Partners, LLC represented the Seller, Connor Land Company. John Stipp of Office Properties represented the Buyers. The Building was purchased for approximately $1.0 million.
